« Planning and designing for the Night time », a talk at the Mairie de Paris

Marc Armengaud/AWP speaks at the Paris City Hall auditorium about the city at night and how to envision urban projects and designs from that perspective. Public space, new functions, architecture, light, security, culture, sports, food, tourism, temporary vs permanent, neighborhood conflicts, biodiversity... This debate opens the Night Council plenary assembly, as a first step towards the definition of a « Night Policy Framework » for Paris urban projects.
